1. Seasonal Bulletin Boards (any seasonal, religious or holiday bulletin boards)

2. Interactive Bulletin Boards (bulletin boards that include some type of lesson, activity, or instructional interaction)

3. Student Involvement / Student Work Bulletin Boards (bulletin boards designed primarily to display student work, or bulletin boards created with extensive student involvement and decision-making)

How to Submit

Step A Choose a digital or scanned photograph of your bulletin board. Your file should be in jpeg (jpg) format. Gif format is also acceptable. Any file name is fine. Choose a good, unobstructed view of your entire board. Small, hard-to-see details can be explained in your description (see below). No students should be in the photo.

Step B Go to your email and start (compose) a new email message.

-Attach your photo to this message. Attach ONE photo only.

-Type this email address in the “to” line:

-Type this subject in the “subject” line:

Step C Copy and paste the following six numbered lines into the body of your email message

4. Category:
5. Title:
6. Description:

Fill out numbers 1-6.

For #1-3, provide only personal information you are comfortable with us displaying publicly on ProTeacher. All the information you provide here will be displayed in the gallery.

Want to remain completely anonymous? That's fine. Simply type "anonymous" for numbers 1 and 3.

For #4, type one category. See above for the category list. If you think we need to start a new category, please explain.

For #5, type the title of your bulletin board. This can be a descriptive title, the actual title on the bulletin board itself, or just a fun title of your choice.

For #6, type a short 100-300 word description of your bulletin board. Include some explanation of its purpose, how it was made, the materials you used, and the student work (if any) involved in creating it. Share any other details you think teachers might like to know.

Step D Check to make sure that your photo is attached and your email is complete. Send.

ProTeacher will investigate instances of alleged infringement when they are brought to our attention. You grant ProTeacher the royalty-free non-exclusive perpetual right to compile, edit, modify, adapt, archive, reproduce, display, distribute, license to others, create derivative works of, and publish your bulletin board, title, and accompanying description in all forms now in existence or hereafter devised (both electronic and print) at our discretion without any liability or obligation of any kind to you. At the sole discretion and approval of ProTeacher, submissions will be saved and publicly displayed for the future benefit of ProTeacher, the ProTeacher Community, our visitors, and teachers everywhere. All other rights remain with you.
