Hey Sarah,
We do a song for the days of the week to the Adam's Family Tune. So if you remember this show it will be a great hit in your class. It's as followed:

Days of the Week (snap, snap)
There's Sunday and there's Monday
There's Tuesday and there's Wednesday
There's Thursday and there's Friday
and then comes Saturday
Days of the week (snap, snap)
Days of the week (snap, snap)

My children love it. You could also do it to the tune of Oh My Darlin as followed:
Sunday, Monday
Tuesday, Wednesday
Thursday, Friday, Saturday
(repeat again)
There are seven days
There are seven days
There are seven days in a week
Sunday, Monday
Tuesday, Wednesday
Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
